Hollywood actor Andy Garcia was reunited with his clubs just in time for the start of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, in which he partners French professional Gregory Bourdy in the team competition.
Keen golfer Garcia, who won the AT&T pro-am in 1997, needed to hire a set of clubs for his practice round after his own bag was delayed in transit from his Florida home.
He said: “My clubs, which were being brought separately to the airport, missed the flight so I had to hire a set when I got here. But thankfully my clubs have now arrived and so they are back with me. I am not sure, though, if I am back with my clubs yet!”
